2009
marked the 50th Anniversary of Motown
Records, and coincided with the 10th
Anniversary of Diane Shaw
’s
unique Motown Tribute Show.
Many
celebrations are taking place this year to mark the
longevity and popularity of one of music
’s
most famous genres, and Diane’s
show is more in demand than ever.
Diane
brings to the stage a non-stop and dynamic
tour-de-force of the timeless soul classics,
bringing the spirit of the great soul divas to life,
in a spectacular and spine-tingling presentation.
Once
described as the 'most famous unknown singer' in the
UK, Diane Shaw has, in her career probably
performed in front of more people than a lot of the
singers in the pop charts today, and is being
heralded the freshest thing to hit the UK Soul scene
in years, bringing an enthusiasm and energy rarely

dynamic and emotive ballads of the likes of Gladys
Knight and Diana Ross, venturing into Soul classics

girlfriend who's a massive fan, but even though the
YouTube clips were great, it's not until you see her
sing live that you can really understand what all
the fuss is about. Diane was utterly BRILLIANT ! I'm

I first saw
Diane at a hotel in Doncaster. So taken aback by her
powerful performance I went to see her again before
booking her for a private function I was arranging
in 2003. Again I booked Diane for a friends birthday
party and she never disappointed us - a fantastic
performance. I was fortunate enough to again see
Diane in December last year at a public event in the
Midlands. This lady has an incredible talent, a
remarkable voice - but most of all, she is so down
to earth.. on the stage she is a star but one who
always has time to chat, have photos taken and
please her audience... Recommend her ? Without
hesitation, if you want a great night.. you can do
no better than let Diane thrill your guests at a
private event or your clients at a corporate event -
