Crissy Rock is still insistent that she keeps her roots in Comedy and is in great demand on the cabaret scene. Crissy is particularly popular on After Dinner circuit where she is regarded as one of the country's top female speakers.

Fast becoming one of Britain's most talked about comediennes life is starting to move at a hectic pace for Crissy Rock.

Starting as a 'stand-up' comedienne in the late 80's, mainly for fun, Crissy Rock soon realised that she had a talent for making people laugh, a talent that was also spotted by BOB MONKHOUSE, when Crissy Rock appeared nation-wide on the BBC Television show "Bob Says Opportunity Knocks".

Although Crissy Rock was given the highest marks for any comedy act on the series, she still failed to win her heat, however Bob made the following quote; "This girl has something that is a gift to comics - deep inside Crissy has the sheer instinctive art of timing. She had me in stitches and I've got a hunch she'll become one of our top women comics"
