Christie Cartwright studied singing since the age of 11 and has been a professional singer from the age of 17. She has studied a wide range of styles from musical theatre to soul, pop and rock.

Christie Cartwright continued her training at Manchester City College were she received a National Diploma in Musical Theatre.

Christie Cartwright is currently working as a vocalist, singing for all types of events giving a warmth in her performances which is both appealing and confident.

Christie Cartwright has a perfect, soulful, gutsy style and a recording contract is expected mid 2009.

  • Sang at Smash Hits Party in the park (Southport) whilst being broadcasted live on Rock FM radio.

·        Opened the Big Lights Turn On in Blackpool  

·        Supported artists Simon Webb from boy band Blue and also girl band Clea at the Party In The Dark pop festival, Winter Gardens, Blackpool, to an audience of 3000. 

  • Chelsea & Wigan Premiership game pre-match entertainment at the JJB stadium to an audience of 23,000.
     
  • Sang at the European Balloon Festival, Llangollen Wales, to an audience of 2000.
     
  • She has also worked two seasons as a Singer/Dancer for Stageworks Worldwide Productions.
